Registration Entitlements

Registered attendees have access to:

  • All speaking sessions over the course of the day and the individually selected workshops
  • Catering including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Drink voucher for the networking function at the end of the day

Method of Payment

Payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations (unless an invoice has been requested). All registrations will only be confirmed when payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard

An email will be sent from the organising committee if you select invoice as your payment method. Invoice payments are expected to be made within 14 days of being sent your invoice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, September 27

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Community Liaison Officer and received prior to Wednesday, September 27, to receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after September 27 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.


While we endeavour to present the conference program of speakers and workshops as advertised, the conference organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, schedules or other items relating to the conference, for any reasons. The organising committee will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations
