If you're after straightforward and impartial advice about any aspect of aged, dementia or disability care, Omnicare Alliance's Access team is ready to help.

They're your first point of contact - directing you to the relevant sections of our organisation and keeping in touch with your progress.

Getting information about aged, dementia or disability services can be challenging. If you're unfamiliar with how the relevant government departments or providers operate, our Access team exist to make things easier.

Every client is partnered with an Access officer. They'll gather the details from you they need to give us an understanding of who you are and how we can help you find support that will enhance your independence and wellbeing.

They'll provide you with impartial guidance to understand your rights, entitlements and options as clients or primary carers. They'll also make you aware of all the services we offer.

This Access model is just one of the ways Omnicare innovates. It's free of charge, and without obligation.

Our holistic approach means we find new ways to make care services and funding as accessible as possible for everyone. We aim to ensure you're well informed and fully prepared for arranging to exercise your choices.

Omnicare's Access officers can help you through the process of registration and eligibility assessment. Once you've received confirmation of government assistance, they can refer you to the appropriate service providers - whether you choose us, or another organisation.

Their role is to help and inform, rather than simply signing people up as Omnicare clients.
