✔ You’ll contribute a small fee toward the cost of care

Home Care Package (HCP)

Home Care Packages (HCP) offer ongoing support tailored to your individual needs, with funding ranging from $9,179 to $53,268 per year.

✔ Eligibility is assessed through My Aged Care
✔ Use your funding for a wide range of home care services
✔ You may pay nothing out of pocket, depending on your income and care choices
