Our main meals are freshly prepared and then frozen, making it easy for you to heat and enjoy them whenever you are ready. Our meals come in easy to open packaging and can be heated in minutes in a microwave or oven, so you can enjoy a hot dinner with zero fuss. This gives you the flexibility to stock your freezer with nourishing, satisfying options.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do the meals cost? The cost depends on whether you have a government subsidy through CHSP or a Home Care Package. Our team can talk you through the pricing over the phone to make sure you get the best value possible.
Am I locked into a contract? No. We want our service to work for you. There are no long term contracts or lock in commitments, so you can pause or change your orders whenever you like.
What if I am not home for delivery? We actually won’t leave a delivery if you aren’t there. We much prefer to deliver when you are home so we can say a quick hello and make sure you are okay. We’re about more than just a drop-off - we’re about the connection.
Are the meals fresh or frozen? Our main meals are delivered prepared frozen so you can heat them at a time that suits you. We also offer a specific fresh menu (at selected branches) which includes our cold meat salads, sandwich packs, and fruit salads.
Can you cater for my dietary needs? Yes. We offer a wide range of options to cater to an individuals dietary needs including gluten free, low salt, and vegetarian meals. We also provide pureed and thickened fluid meals on request.
How do I pay for my meals? We make payment simple and stress free. Most of our clients prefer to pay via a monthly invoice, but we can discuss the method that works best for you.
